Hero Watcher
Is anyone else out there watching "Heroes?"
I find it fascinating.
But it sets my mind reeling after each episode. It's hard to just get back to everyday tasks after a show like that.

Enjoyed your posts - totally agree about needing to face and process reality rather than a make-believe kind of substitute. I think Christmas is a particularly bad time for fraudulent realities!
